Yes; clearly this person opposes homophobia
I mean, one of the things liberal interventionists use on all fronts is queer people as political props, regardless of how tolerant the leadership actually is. We see the same with the supposedly tolerant Israelis, who also have large swaths of their electorate who are homophobic. I suppose it's still a lazy guess on my part.
If I had to put money on it, maybe the Ukrainians are angry about Russian mercenaries being active in the region, like in Sudan?
Neoliberal fascists (
) do oppose homophobia, but only for chauvinist reasons. They won’t give a shit about LGBT people in their own countries as long as they’re more liberal than their enemies, because that’s the end goal - liberal “free market democracy”, not freedom.
