If the deal currently being discussed goes through, it would be a result of Trump's election. Biden didn't do shit to cause this deal to happen.

I think the only reason we don't have a worse view of Bush is the lack of recording devices among US troops and any devices that could record anything were heavily monitored. Abu Ghraib was only the tip of the iceberg and it was only found out because:
The guards had cameras they weren't allowed to have
The footage was accidentally given to a journalist
I'd be more surprised to find out Abu Ghraib was an isolated incident, rather than SOP for the US military. Just yesterday someone posted a comment from a soldier who used candy to trick kids into setting off explosives.
Bush was also lucky as hell to be president in that period between the dot-com crash and the GFC where the US economy did relatively well, so all the libs whose main concern is
