I think that specific version was someone here mocking someone who got posted in the dunk tank for saying at least part of it. The stilted phrasing and the way it includes its own refutation gives it away.
My other thought was it had to be a bear posting it, like there's no way someone actually thinks that way
oh its genuine. the phrasing was slightly different but it appears to have come from a now deleted tweet almost verbatim.
