God i hate me current meds so much. I had to look up brain zaps because i thought i had a fucking tumor.

Haha the police might have made more sense. I was experiencing the mental equivalent of skanking while sobbing.
And I had no idea the brain zaps had a name! Shit’s wild.
I was desperately putting search terms in thinking i wouldn't find it because they're so hard to describe. The term is new but i might have skanksobbed for 3 to 5 minutes when i realized i had worked myself up to that level over nothing, again. I hope you are also feeling better
