Yes, but they don't show the same style of unhinged, stalkery foot fiendishness that men do, and so largely go unnoticed along with both of the men who are capable of being normal about their foot fetish.

They're hand fetishists, which is even worse.

David Duchovny has to deal with these freaks all the time.

Hello...ladies.

[–] TheDialectic@hexbear.net 17 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago) (1 children)

Hands are part of the female gaze enough that I am not sure they count as a fetish

[–] DayOfDoom@hexbear.net 26 points 8 months ago (1 children)

If they're gazin' they're fetishizin'

[–] DayOfDoom@hexbear.net 20 points 8 months ago (1 children)

And my eyes are up here, lady.

I kinda' wiggle my crossed arms upward so as to not reveal my tiny hands that I have tucked at my sides

[–] AlicePraxis@hexbear.net 16 points 8 months ago

yes of course there are, the interesting corollary is what about patriarchy makes that seem invisible and if that applies to other fetishes. is there a fetish stereotyped as femme?

Forearms are the big one I can think of.

[–] Aquilae@hexbear.net 20 points 8 months ago

Hands, maybe

[–] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 17 points 8 months ago (9 children)

is there a fetish stereotyped as femme?

  • MFM threesomes
  • all women are secretly bi
  • orgies
  • Hondas

That’s all I can think of. Though unlike guys freely admitting all their weird fetishes that’s stereotyped as masculine, I rarely see or hear women talk about anything more extremely than bondage lol.

[–] DrCrustacean@hexbear.net 21 points 8 months ago (2 children)
  • Hondas

???

Like the car manufacturer? Am I missing something here?

[–] Cromalin@hexbear.net 13 points 8 months ago

Yes, and they're cool. Men seem more common because there's some subset of em that are just not chill about it at all and they get in your face about it and ask for feet pics in public.

Every foot fetishist that I am aware is either a character invented by the person I'm interacting with on the spot for a joke or for hyperbole or they are a woman.

I've met a lot more women that are into hands than I have feet but I'm sure they're out there.

[–] Egon@hexbear.net 19 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago)

Take your pick:

  1. Nah the female version is forearm fetishism
  2. Nah the female version is hand fetishism
  3. Nah women do not have a sexuality
  4. Yes some women are attracted to feet, we just don't hear about it, just like we don't hear about how women or horny and the like
  5. Personally I blame the patriarcy
  6. Noone has ever actually been attracted to feet. It's all a bit we agreed to do to fool you. Sorry to tell you like this.
  7. Feet aren't real.
  8. Women aren't real.
  9. Fetishes aren't real.
  10. JFKs head just did that and Jackie has a fat ass and some cute ankles.
[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 19 points 8 months ago (15 children)

OKAY, I have never understood why people freak out about a feet kink. It's unusual sure, but far from the weirdest thing people are into. Mfs treat liking feet as if it's a snuff fetish.

[–] Tankiedesantski@hexbear.net 13 points 8 months ago (8 children)

I think that for some people they are uncomfortable with the idea that someone may be sexualizing a part of their body that is generally considered non-sexual.

During my university years there was a guy who was taking pictures of female students' feet without their knowledge in the library. Since feet aren't considered sexual, all the university could do was trespass him from the library. Had he been found with an SD card full of students' breasts, asses, or crotches, he probably would have been expelled or worse.

Like imagine if you found out that there was a group of people online who are aroused by the color blue so they share photos of women in blue dresses or driving blue cars or holding blue objects. You might be inclined to think twice about putting on your favorite blue sweater or whatever.

Vintage Chapo posting

[–] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 18 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago) (2 children)

I’ve always wondered why the majority of female serial killers aren’t motivated by psychosexual reasons. Most of them killed for material gain; or they gravitated towards abusive people and kept killing them; or they did it for fun; or they did it for β€œmercy” (e.g. the killer nurses).

Like everyone knows who Dahmer and Gacy are, but you’d be hard pressed to find someone who can name the female equivalent so easily.

If you factor in patriarchy, then it contributed to the male ones becoming more entitled and angry over perceived rights being violated. But women also have their sexuality repressed and shamed, and abuses aren’t taken seriously and even encouraged as β€œtradition” in many places - like you can probably find women who grow up with the same or worse conditions as male psychosexual killers, yet those wires are never crossed at the same rate as the male killers.

[–] GalaxyBrain@hexbear.net 30 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Fuck does this have to do with having a foot fetish?

[–] EmmaGoldman@hexbear.net 21 points 8 months ago (2 children)

Obviously it means that foot fetishists are serial killers. Or maybe that serial killers are foot fetishists? Unclear.

I've known women who were into the underside of men's arms (not armpits). Very funny stuff imo.

[–] Des@hexbear.net 15 points 8 months ago

i knew one personally in the kink scene. she was a really cool woman and did a lot of social meetups unfortunately never got to meet her in person.

not my thing but they do exist

[–] TheFinalCapitalist@hexbear.net 15 points 8 months ago (2 children)

From personal experience I can say yes lol. I had a lady SA my feet in the middle of a Xmas work party. I'll spare the details but there was plenty of witness' and she gained the nickname toes at work. She ended up quiting not too long afterwords

I've met a number of women who enjoy feet in sexual contexts (both feet themselves and boot kink) but I've never met a woman exclusively or primarily into feet in the way that I'd call a foot fetishist tbh

[–] AlicePraxis@hexbear.net 24 points 8 months ago (2 children)

you don't have to be exclusively or primarily into something to have a fetish though
