bread is made from vegetables! but seriously eating rolled oats and muesli with some fancier peanutbutter in the morning is a good trick to getting 'cups of vegetables' into your diet
i like the taste of all the broccoli type plants so I suppose that makes me a cheater
its a lot of fun once you get the hang of it, you will be rewarded if you power through the frustration of a few ruined meals.
