If the government can force Tik Tok to sell to America, he can force Musk to sell to America. If he thinks Trump et al are about loyalty, he wasn't paying attention to his first term. 2 years in he could just turn around, force Musk to sell Tesla, throw a huge tarrif on Chinese and Euro EVs and rebrand them MAGAmobiles and corner the market. Or force Twitter to be absorbed by Truth Social.
