I feel like the same concerns would apply even if he was 25, she is still a woman sleeping with someone much younger.
So I don't really understand why she was okay with it then, but not when she realized he was 19.
There's a significant amount of maturing that happens from 19-25.
It's fine to have the conversation (I won't be involved because I don't find it all that enjoyable myself) and conclude "both situations bad", but they definitely aren't exactly the same.
If you are 30 I think it makes a difference, but if your 40 I feel like they are both children
