No modelo atual, o "chamado a ação" que os canais tem é para fidelizar publico e transformar em apoiadores financeiros, porque os canais dependem disso para sobreviver. Com isso, a energia que poderia ser direcionada para as organizações comunistas fica retida nos canais.
A comunicação precisa ser uma estratégia partidária, financiada pelo partido e em que o chamado a ação para o publico seja o engajamento com o partido, e não com o canal.
