I actually read into this recently. The app is open source and they hardcoded the token needed to decrypt archived messages into the app. So you could just look at the source code and take the key and decode anything anyone that used the app said. This is a purposeful backdoor installed into this version of signal that completely borks its cryptography lmao

Its also one of the only changes the app made to the source code so you can trivially look at the commit history for vulnerabilities and find it almost instantly.

Get a carbon activated air filter asap if you can. A normal 10 buck merv 13 air filter duct taped to a box fan can also help. I have a similar trigger, HEPA certified masks can help too

I don't know what your situation is, but I'll explain how I reduced my migraines almost to nonexistence. It seems mine are related to three things: malnutrition, bowel movements, and spinal stress.

My migraines typically would make me blind and they would last for days and give similar face, hand, and foot numbness, its truly exrcutiating and hard to pinpoint and it made it impossible to hold a job down. I only began to figure it out when my SO helped me keep track of things.

An exercise regimen for strengthening my upper back muscles helped, as well as exercises for my neck. A lack of sodium seemed to trigger my migraines, so when I feel one coming on I chug a Gatorade along with my meds. Something about a large bowel movement also seemed to cause a nerve pinch that gives me similar crotch and leg pains as you desribed (like a cold burn), I've found the only way to deal with this is laxatives and a low fodmap diet to prevent nerve pressure on the lower spine.

In general I have become very aware about even small pressures on my spine and constantly straighten it and unclinch the muscles around it. Core strength is very important for this.

I also had malnutrition and diet issues, I was brutally thin. If I overexert myself or am careless I still get them. The pain has been greatly reduced when I do get them, I rarely become blind anymore.
