Limestone is a common type of sedimentary rock which I find uncommonly interesting! It's mostly calcium carbonate, which is also what eggshells π₯, seashells π, and pearls π¦ͺ are made out of.
In places where it rains a lot, limestone erodes easily, which results in simply gorgeous landscapes such as:

Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park in Madagascar
The Li River in China
Additionally, the world's longest (Mammoth) and deepest (~~Veryovkina~~ Krubera is once again the world's deepest cave, thank you to SockOlm for pointing that out) cave systems are both found in limestone formations

I have a hunch that this is a really ingrained well worn neural pathway of feeling ashamed or guilt when the fantasies come on. So this is likelt gonna be something you'll have to work on for a while. You'll have to catch yourself when you feel the fantasy or whatever some on, passively accept that it's a fantasy and that it's normal, and counter any automatic thoughts like "wanting this makes me a bad person" with "I am a good person" or "I am strong" etc.It'll happen with time. I expect the intense shame and guilt triggered by the fantasy helps spark up the fantasy again, just because it's such a highly intense state of emotion so your mind is gonna revisit it later - in a dream, an idle thought, someone mentioning something close to it, it's bound to catch your minds attention again at some point. When it comes again, remind yourself that:
I suspect this kind of guilt and shame headspace is something that's been built up over many years, so don't be discouraged if it takes a while before it starts to go more into a neutral "oh right that" kind of feeling. Eventually you'll get more automatic thoughts of "Im a good person, I deserve to be loved, I am worthy" etc when you get that kind of fantasy again and I bet it'll start to come down from something distressing and triggering to just regular ol part of your life that happens sometimes. You'll come to accept this part of yourself and it won't be so distressing anymore because it's just a part of you, a small piece that's not as big as most of the other big bright pieces, and youre still worthy of love and respect and safety.
And maybe you'll have someone you can trust very deeply to explore it with, and maybe it ends up being more boring than you thought it'd be - that'll be the end of it too lol.
