Is a mechanical keyboard actually worth getting if youβre not a programmer or anything like that? Iβm still using my 17 year-old Microsoft Reclusa, which Iβm mostly happy with, but I constantly see people saying how amazing they are and itβs made me a bit curious.
Hard for me to say unfortunately, as I am a coder and also a gamer so I use my keyboard at least 8 hours a day, basically, so little things like hard trays + low profile chicklet keys, or hard to press rubber dome keys add up over time to hand issues for me.
Its like, if I'm sitting in a chair for 15 minutea generally I dont really care how comfortable it is, but if I'm using it for an hour my butt may fall asleep and I may have back pain.
