Yeah, it depends a lot on how mature the two are and what sort of stage in their life they are. It's more like I could potentially see problems caused by that age gap, but it would probably have a lot more to do with different lifestyles and life goals, and that can happen at any age.
Personally I'd just say it's none of my business and move on with my day.
