completely nuking like a dozen trans women's accounts after tumblr user predstrogen got banned so hard every single image she ever posted got deleted (which isn't how tumblr bans work), and claiming the og ban was because of threats towards him. the one threat he could point to was this

Still fucked up over the reveal that the rampant issue of targeted moderation based transphobic harassment was, in fact, not exaggerated or imagined by the tumblr userbase, and bad enough that even the CEO (as seen above) was forced to admit that a bad actor was given keys to tumblr moderation and used it to be extremely transphobic, for months, despite many users recording and reporting the moderation actions
and the CEO has stated that tumblr staff will prevent this from happening again by uhhh uhhhhhhhhh
it's wild that it was literally active transphobia by tumblr moderation! i'd assumed it was all passive stuff, them not caring that terfs had figured out how to abuse the system, but no! it was on purpose!
