I'm guessing the article was put out for the sake of insurance or something? Like they're trying to convince someone the boat can still get towed, which is probably unlikely because the Houthis have more missiles and would probably shoot a tug boat too. And even if it does get towed, the boat got shot with two missiles, one of which hit the engine room. There are bigass holes in it and it's got days of water damage. Good luck salvaging it.
