I'm not sure knowledgeable about Jewish theology, but don't they kind of conceive God as more of a philosophical concept than like, and actual big dude in the sky who throws lighting bolts? IDK, I was raised Baptist where God is just an imaginary therapist who validates all your actions.

There's a funny piece of mythology where a bunch of rabbis are arguing about something and god comes in and says rabbi so and so is wrong and rabbi so and so tells him to shut up and butt out.

There's a lot of different Jewish sects, some do perceive God that way but the more Orthodox ones have something closer to the kind of theology where God is an entity that causes things to happen, materially, and is in power over the universe.

Maybe for some Jewish sects, but Yahweh and “God” aren’t even supposed to be spelled out or uttered by Jews because humans aren’t worthy of calling out his name, so I think he’a generally seen as a real being.
