It's a signs of parkinons, very classic sign. So common it's called "parkinsons shuffle."

nah, officials said the Parkinson’s doctor that’s been to the White House 8 times in the past several months was definitely not there to see the president, so don’t believe your lying eyes

Uhh, they were for our beautiful veterans who are in and out of the white house for their regular parkinsons checkup. And it would be immoral to give you the names of these veterans who are very real.
