I have played 1, 2, 3, CD, the 8bit 1, 2, and Triple Trouble. I have played 3D Blast, Adventure, Adventure 2, (digital copies of SA2B) Heroes, and Shadow. I have played Advance 3, Rush, Rush Adventure, Colours DS, and Generations 3DS. I have played 06, both versions of Unleashed, Secret Rings, Colours, Generations, Lost World and Forces.
The best one is either Sonic 2 or Sonic Adventure. I also like the 8bit games, Sonic 1, Advance 3, Unleashed, Gens and some others tho.
