As a high powered business individual, I do high-impact Speed Yoga just like in all the promotional materials you can find in every health and wellness themed brochure everywhere for the past 20 years. Any talk about the rest periods between the stretches being what is supposed to actually be the source of health benefits is loser talk. smuglord
