I mean, I'm not much of a fan of skirts and uncomfortable trying on clothes from the women's section, and I've still at least tried a skirt in a store like a year before touching HRT, if for no other reason than the meme. So kinda surprising someone who is a lot more confidence with that kind of thing didn't at least try one on at some point earlier.
One of my eariest photos post-starting-hrt is me holding up a gothy skirt in a changing room and eyeing it suspiciously. I did not trust it basically. I don't do memes except sometimes lel
I was just confident dressing in jeans I guess, so between that and being incapable of tucking, I just became trousers gang. I did wear a dress to prom but that's all, I do a kind of futch thing.
