it's not a cultural boycott and that's the fucking point. it's a targeted deprivation of profits from capitalists to extract concessions, and it is provably effective. "cultural boycott" is just nonsense anyway, what does it mean to boycott a culture, especially a nonexistant isntraeli one
The fact that governments everywhere are banning BDS tells me that it's extremely effective. If it didn't work they wouldn't care.
