What are you arguing for, then? If you give them a pass to still vote for Kamala then your rhetoric causes no material change. Just eat the ban at that point.
It usually goes like "I'm voting for Biden but he's committing genocide and should be prosecuted for it hence I will now be looking for third party candidates like Jill Stein".
