Also I doubt many women want to go into strangers homes to do work for obvious reasons, in the case of cable installers. For the other jobs, a lot of times those work environments aren't as appealing to women because they get treated like shit by their male coworkers. Same goes for visibly LGBTQ people.
I have worked in construction, metal working and in a warehouse and I can absolutely understand why no woman would want to hang around in those circles lol. I felt uncomfortable with the tryhard machismo and I'm a cishet cracker
