I was planning to write a longer post for this mega and then Silksong happened so... oops?

Short version is this week is my 9th tranniversary. I don't remember which day exactly so I like to say it was 9/11 so I'd never forget. What ultimately cracked my egg all those years ago was not the deep yearning when looking at women that I couldn't identify as envy or the increasingly intense and umm horny dreams where I had the power to instantly change my gender. No it was that fucking faceapp gender swap filter. I just kept staring at that pic like it was a mirror into an alternate universe where I was happier and suddenly everything clicked into place. The first few years were hit or miss with a lot of other life changes happening at the time that interfered with getting properly started so in some ways it's more like a 5 or 6 year tranniversary but whatever. vivian-shrug

It's weird to say I'm almost done but I really am so close to making all the changes I wanted. I'll never stop being trans, but I'm definitely moving from trans(itioning) femme to trans(itioned) femme and that's quite exciting. And maybe a little wistful looking back at the journey.

Have a good week everyone!

Hey folks, hoping to have a semi-permanent thread for compiling resources to make finding really cool posts easier. Please suggest links and info in the comments below. I consider this necessary because there's a lot of things we would like pinned but obviously things get very crowded quickly. This thread will start sparse and I will edit new things in as people suggest them.

Transgender Mutual Aid

These posts are done by a transgender mutual aid group looking to help people in unusual circumstances. Please contact me if you need help with HRT info, their posts here are for donors only.

Trans Chemist Series

These posts are done by a Hexbear user that I have verified as legit, offering unique information about trans DIY hrt, including quality sources, sanitation, storage recommendations. Verified by very expensive industrial chemistry equipment.

DIY Electrolysis Series

There posts are also done by a Hexbear user that is making an open source DIY electrolysis setup.

Hello everyone, Today marks another difficult day with my sister still admitted in the hospital. She is weak, in pain and still depending on daily injections. The doctors are trying their best though the biggest challenge remains the hospital bill which is really hard for us. So far we are remaining with 1141 USD. I am truly grateful for the support we’ve received🙏we are still far from the goal and without payment it’s very hard for the hospital to keep her on the treatment she urgently needs. Please, I am asking from the bottom of my heart if you can contribute or even share this. it will mean everything. Your help could be the reason my sister stays alive and keeps fighting.

The support link is in my profile/bio. Thank you so much.

My name is Soliman, a young student from Gaza.

For months, my family and I have been displaced, living without a safe home, without stability, and with the constant fear of tomorrow.

We once had a small farm with olive and citrus trees. It wasn’t just our source of income — it was a place full of dreams and memories. Today, it is gone, and survival has become our only daily goal.

As the eldest son, I carry the responsibility of helping my parents and younger siblings. We are in urgent need of food, clean water, clothing, and a safe shelter, especially with winter approaching.

Every small donation will directly help us cover our basic needs and bring us closer to living with dignity again. Your kindness means the world to us.

My name is Soliman, and today I am reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of my cousin. His life has been turned upside down due to circumstances beyond his control. Once living a simple, stable life, he is now struggling every day to provide the basics — food, shelter, and safety.

He has lost almost everything, yet he still carries hope. As his cousin, I cannot stand by and watch him suffer alone. I want to do everything I can to help him regain a sense of stability and dignity.

This fundraising campaign is a step towards that goal. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference in his life. Your kindness can bring back light into his days and hope into his heart.

Hello Comrades … this is my sister r in the hospital. She has been going through so much pain and weakness. needing tests, daily injections and sometimes oxygen just to breathe. Watching her like this is heartbreaking .. the hardest part is that the hospital won’t continue her treatment without us clearing the bills. The hospital has started being harsh on us.

We urgently need 1,670 USD to cover her hospital bill and oxygen. So far with kind support, we’ve managed 490 USD and we are still far from the goal. Every single day the bill increases. I am honestly scared of what might happen if we can’t pay. I thought of getting her out of the hospital because now we have nothing else to do but she is not well yet.

Please I’m begging if you are reading this to kindly consider helping us. No amount is too small. And even if you can’t donate, a simple share could go a long way.

The support link is in my profile/bio. Thank you so much for every bit of love and support during this desperate time.

Dear friends,

I had to stop my old campaign and create a new one because I urgently need to prepare for the coming winter. My family and I are living in very harsh conditions, and we need to buy a nylon tent instead of a fabric one to protect us from the rain, and also buy winter clothes to keep my siblings and those I care for safe from the bitter cold.

⏳ I truly hope that donations can be gathered quickly before the winter arrives. Every little help means a lot and brings us hope.

Hello everyone ,I’m really pleading for help. My sister is still in the hospital and we need to clear her bill. The balance left is 1230 USD. I haven’t been online because I had no access to the internet. honestly our situation has just been getting worse. We haven’t had food at home for two days now. It’s heartbreaking and so hard to even write this but we are just desperate. Being transgender refugees has made everything even harder and we truly don’t have anywhere else to turn. I know it feels like I’m always asking for help and I don’t want to burden anyone but honestly right now we have no hope other than the kindness of those who see this. Please if you can support us through the link in my bio/profile. We shall really be glad. Thank you so very much.

My sisters and I are trans refugees from Uganda. We fled persecution and ended up in Gorom Settlement, South Sudan. Recently, our shelter was burned, and we spent weeks in the hospital. Right now, we’re sleeping on the cold floor, with no mattresses, mosquito nets, or reliable food. We barely have a stove or WiFi.

Thank you so much to everyone who already helped … we got $313 yesterday, and it truly made a difference. Charity and my sisters were so happy; even small things like some food and juice brought them hope.

We’re still in a tough spot. We’re sleeping on the floor with no mattresses or mosquito nets. We’re hoping to raise the remaining $136 to cover these basics tonight and have a safer, warmer night.

I’m sharing this with honesty and hope, praying it reaches a kind heart who can help or even just share our story with others who might be able to. Every tiny donation, even $5 or $10, helps, and sharing this post also means the world ❤️❤️❤️

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking a moment to read our story and for standing with us

Hello everyone hope all is well. I’m reaching out again with deep urgency. My sister is still in the hospital and though she shows small signs of improvement her body is still swollen and she remains in pain. She continues to need daily injections and oxygen whenever she struggles to breathe. Every single day the hospital adds to the bill. Right now we are completely stuck. The total needed is 1,670 USD tho so far we have only managed to raise 490 USD. Without clearing the hospital bill, it is becoming extremely difficult to keep up with her treatment and oxygen some times Please, I am really pleading for support. Any donations will make a direct difference in keeping my sister alive and under treatment. Also kindly help by sharing this appeal. The support link is in my profile/bio. My name is Soliman a young man and student from Gaza, carrying a burden far heavier than my age. Between my studies and the hardships of life, I try to be the backbone of my family in the most difficult of times.

We once had a small farm olive and citrus trees, and a greenhouse where we planted not just crops, but dreams.

That farm was our only source of income, and more than that, it was a place full of memories, of hope, and of the laughter that once made life a little easier.

But in a single moment, everything was gone.

A fire reduced our years of effort to ashes.

We lost our source of living, our stability and with it, a part of our souls.

Now, despite the pain, I’m trying to start over. I’m doing everything I can to keep my family standing, to find even the smallest light of hope that might restore our strength, dignity, and sense of humanity.

On top of all this, I’m also struggling with serious health issues.

I suffer from a urinary tract infection caused by the lack of access to clean drinking water.

Here in Gaza, we’re forced to drink water mixed with sand and other contaminants there’s simply no other choice.

It’s affecting my health badly, and I need treatment I can’t afford in these conditions.

I share these words with honesty and hope, praying they reach a kind heart someone who can help, or even just share my story with others who might be able to.

If you’re able to support us in any way, here is the link to our GoFundMe campaign:

Every share, every kind word, every small donation could be a lifeline for us.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking a moment to read my story.

Heya! Sorry if this gets asked a lot or never lol. I'm NB (gender neutral and kinda xenogender?) and hoping to train for a more androgynous sort of voice. My natural voice is more bassy and raspy. Do any of y'all have experience with this?

Are there any good like ... Phone apps or programs that are good to practice with? Like my dream would be something I could talk into that would analyze pitch and tone and would give suggestions. I don't know if something like that exists but I'm open to anything right now

I love my trans comrades!

Uhhhhhhhhh

I've recently noticed that my bras hurt. I don't feel like the boobs are any bigger, and also their shape seems to me as strange (why is the aoela thing bulging out????). And the boobs are too pointy, and the nipple is asymmetric (more to the up than down). Like the whole boob is like an overhang cliff.

My point is that I'm clearly not doing something right, and probably need tk support the breasts from underneath. What do I do basically? I'm thinking of buying clothing measuring tape and getting a better size bra, but I'm not sure what the correct construction of the bra itself should be.

Soliman is a young Palestinian from Gaza who lives under extremely difficult circumstances. Despite his young age, he struggles to balance his education while shouldering the primary responsibility of supporting his family. The burden has become overwhelming, especially after the family lost their only source of income.

They once owned a modest farm with olive and citrus trees, along with a small plastic greenhouse. This farm was not only a livelihood but a place filled with childhood memories—where Soliman and his siblings used to help their father with the agricultural work. Sadly, the entire farm was burned and completely destroyed by Israeli attacks, wiping out the crops, tools, and everything they had built over the years.

The tragedy didn’t end there. Their family home was also destroyed in the recent Israeli bombardment of Gaza, leaving them homeless and without any source of income, amid the long-standing humanitarian crisis gripping the region.

Yet, despite all this, Soliman remains resilient. He continues to pursue his education and works tirelessly to provide even the bare minimum for his family. But the weight of these responsibilities is far too heavy for one young man to bear alone.

In the face of such devastating hardship, you are their only hope after God. Your support can help Soliman and his family overcome this tragedy and rebuild a part of the life they once knew. Any assistance, no matter how small, can make a profound difference.
