Good news! There isn't really a great vax for TB. Better than none, but we've been trying to replace it/improve it for a long time now.

It's much more likely they'll render the antibiotics useless against TB.

Do Americans even get TB vax as standard?

I know I have superior Soviet vaccination regime of TB and Smallpox. But I have never heard of an American getting a TB vaccine.

Only if you're working in an Old Folks home. Then it's required. And given States Rights' and the past decade or so, not sure how many places require that now.
