I was in Panama a few months ago and ended up staying in an "israeli" hotspot.

I befriended some of the locals and none of them had something good to say about them, elitist, supremacist pieces of shit was a summary of the description.

They travel in groups constantly, are loud, obnoxious, and they quite literally colonized the area. If you want to look it up it's called Playa Venao, a bunch of "israeli" owned places now, driving all the locals away.

They won't even eat the local foods there, I wanted authentic Panamanian food and the hotel staff laughed at me saying theres no such thing unless I wanted to drive 30 minutes away.

They even imported their own snacks in the convenience stores, the whole lot of them should burn. And considering how much "israel" loves to flaunt about how they have such a large arab population, not a single one of the travelers I see are ever arab, it's almost like they're treated as second class citizens!

They don’t eat the food because they have hemroids and upset bellies.

Literally just this

[–] BodyBySisyphus@hexbear.net 52 points 19 hours ago

"Kidnapped from his tank" levels of reportage going on in that headline

[–] ShimmeringKoi@hexbear.net 22 points 17 hours ago

As the tide rose to their necks,

Am I missing something here? Just get out of the river!

Imagine doing genocide and then be extremely rude and violent towards your tourist guides. At least my grandparents pretned to be swiss or dutch and kept their heads down.

What pisses me off the most is that the local police rescued them. For context, Brazilian police is known for being extremely violent, shooting unarmed people, throwing suspects from bridges and even killing suspects with an improvised gas chamber; all of this mostly based on color.

If they were black or had a lot of tattoos, police would say they were gang members or drug traffickers, shoot them from behind and fake the crime scene.

Keep 'em coming, we'll show them why Brazil isn't for the faint of heart. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

P. S.: o que genocida tem mais que a gente? Tem mais é que se fuder muito KKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Some military police also train with the IDF, so it tracks

If they were black or had a lot of tattoos

Agree with the first part but disagree with the second. Everyone here is full of tattoos.

I couldn't find any information about this specific incident on any news outlets, so I decided to do some digging and had a good laugh. I found some screenshots from a whatsapp group allegedly used by tour guides in Jericoacoara, I'll post them here and translate:

"That day their tour had to end halfway through because they were trying to destroy a company's ATVs and trying to assault the guides!"

"That's when the guides abandoned them and went to call the ATV owners so that they could take back their vehicles."

"They didn't say that ten days ago they ripped up a guide's bag and even hurt the guy's neck.

"The community gave them two hours to leave the village.

"I was an ATV guide for 8 years.

"They've even stolen from me, these Israelites [sic]."

Now some choice comments from the Facebook post, all very well received, which is great to see:

"Pra ver como é um pouquinho do desespero das milhares de crianças na Palestina"

"This ought to show them a tiny bit of the despair thousands of Palestinian children feel"

"Que será que esses moleques aprontaram? Já vi alguns aprontarem em pousadas."

"What were these brats up to? I've seen some of them making trouble at hostels."

"País onde o Satanás tem lá uma mansão."

Country where Satan has a mansion.

"Esses sem noção vem tirar férias da guerra aqui, depois de participar de um genocídio, daí quer causar aqui e acha q vai ficar de boa... Só o fato de eles tentarem agredir os guias, ja era motivo pra uma cóça..."

These dumbasses come here to take some time off from their war, after taking part in a genocide, then want to stir shit up around here and think they'll get away with it... Just the fact that they tried to assault the guides is enough reason to beat them up...

What a surprise, the israelis being the worst fucking tourists to exist on this planet. (God it reminded me of that one time I met an israeli tourist holding a massive line with police involved at a coffee shop in Toronto years ago because the dude was throwing tamper tantrum+racial slurs at the cashier and me for calling that prick out).

[–] SoyViking@hexbear.net 76 points 22 hours ago

Who would have thought that the society that has been indoctrinating it's people to be whiny nazi psychos for generations also produce some of the world's most horrible asshole tourists?

[–] vegeta1@hexbear.net 68 points 22 hours ago

Why can't we assault guides with no consequences

[–] CyborgMarx@hexbear.net 16 points 17 hours ago

Fuckin crybabies, next time don't take advantage of the tour guide, genocidal freaks

They only know how to swim in the blood of Palestinians.

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 13 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

A shocking number of people don't know how.

[–] nothx@hexbear.net 2 points 9 hours ago

I know, it’s always so weird to me… I feel like being able to swim is a survival thing…

[–] buh@hexbear.net 58 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

From the river to the sea 🇵🇸

[–] Sickos@hexbear.net 16 points 17 hours ago

Nice to see the river and sea actively participating

[–] LaughingLion@hexbear.net 68 points 23 hours ago (2 children)

What does it mean they were stranded when the tide rose to their necks like dude just go to the shore???

[–] CloutAtlas@hexbear.net 39 points 22 hours ago

Learning to swim in the Dead Sea has some downsides, mainly the part where you can't swim in any other body of water.

[–] TheBroodian@hexbear.net 51 points 23 hours ago

Israelis love to have a reason to complain

[–] FuckyWucky@hexbear.net 47 points 23 hours ago* (last edited 23 hours ago) (2 children)

I feel like they were also personally annoying for the guide to

Edit: I can't find much else on this but this. Maybe fake? I don't know, maybe some Brazilian outlet has an article

I've heard Israeli tourists are generally terrible, so very likely.

[–] gay_king_prince_charles@hexbear.net 24 points 19 hours ago (1 children)

I have yet to meet an Israeli who wasn't terrible, online or in person.

[–] SevenSkalls@hexbear.net 16 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

It's like that song "I've Never Met a Nice South African."

Soneone should make an update for Israelis, especially now that South Africa is being pretty cool (except for the white, rich fascist diaspora like Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, etc).
