I think this is a small comic series, I saw some of it on reddit. The elf girl is always trying to be a snob and show how better she is than the human. And she gets angry everytime someone says she likes the human guy.

I think so. But it also plays on the steriotype of Elfs being assholes that think they are superior to other races like humans, orcs, etc...

As I understand it it's basically become relevant again after DeviantArt and tumblr kind of destroyed themselves and a bunch of artists started posting on it again.
