injection mood swings are great

Omg so real. Ive been thinking of switching to twice a week injections just to maybe make the mood swings less overwhelming.
Assuming this is estradiol valerate, I switched to every five days. This matches the half life of EV as it goes thru your system. I have felt significantly better since.
Recently switched to doing this myself, and though it's still early in the process my mood definitely feels like it swings less wildly.
Yesss hope it settles and works well for you!

I don't get big moodswings, but I often get a migraine either the day before or on the injection day
