You also can't make promises of any real change while also pivoting right. Not making any promises was apart of the strategy of appearing as the "normal" candidate. This solidified my decision to leave the country. I can’t believe that, with all the shit at stake, we chose to actively oppress ourselves, and honestly I don’t think I can continue to live with the people who did that. While I had already given up hope for this country, I have now truly lost any faith I had left. I guess that’s for the best, in the end. May this hasten the fall, I guess. 🤷🏻♂️
