You have to contact BRICS now. The Kremlin doesn't pay direct due to sanctions

Fun fact: The lady in charge of the BRICS bank, former Brazilian president Dilma Rouseff, was a guerilla fighter during the dictatorship (the one the US funded). She was arrested for 3 years and tortured for 22 days straight, but didn't give them shit. Braver than literally all the troops
