Has anyone in the American ruling class realized that other countries can sanction them? The are still living in a fantasy world where they're the only major power in the world.
They only care about North America and Europe, and the European Commission is fully on board with this genocide (as opposed to some individual countries).
To be fair, it's not really a thing other countries do to America. And this is the ICC, the netherlands is America's cuck.
