No you’re correct. “History/current events” eg Ukraine war and ww2 content abounds, but the original users specifically recommend not talking about politics (outside of upholding the one China policy ofc)
Are Americans capable of not talking about politics? I guess the MAGA chuds probably won't be joining a Chinese app so that probably helps.

I made an account and posted a picture of one of my cats and a Chinese user has already sent me a picture of a receipt telling me I have paid entry to the app via cat pic. I really do hope westerners stay, listen, and learn from our comrades on the other side of the world.
