Innocent civilians must be protected

big-honk Protected from what? Protected from who?

We're days away from articles like "A piece of lead exited a long metal tube and passed through the skull bone of a Palestinian mother. When asked, the IDF had no idea where lead like that might come from because lead isn't native to the region, and wasn't sure what long metal tube was being referred to. They speculated that the long metal tube was attached to a piece of wood that may have come from outside of the country and re-iterated this is why they need a stronger border policy but refused to comment further."

[–] ArsenLupin@hexbear.net 38 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

Moreover the wood probably came from a tree grown by Hamas!

Or shorter "woman in Israel involved in the shooting, dies"

New innovations in passive voice

[–] ferristriangle@hexbear.net 37 points 1 year ago (2 children)

We've somehow found an even more exonerative tone than "Officer involved shooting"

Hospital involved blast

[–] Sephitard9001@hexbear.net 10 points 1 year ago

It would be better if she said this lmao, as her current post doesn't even mention Israel or the IDF.

The bullet which killed that unarmed kid

[–] dumpster_dove@hexbear.net 12 points 1 year ago (1 children)

You could even twist that to make the victim sound guilty: "The person that died after being involved in the shooting"

[–] shath@hexbear.net 8 points 1 year ago

incredible innovation

We condemn the four fundamental forces for their role in the death of hundreds of innocent civilians

[–] FumpyAer@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

I've noticed you commented without first condemning the fundamental laws of thermodynamics for their inevitable role in the heat death of the universe.

It's just like that self-aware eversplosion from Xavier Renegade Angel. It's just alive okay? It just goes around and kills people. No one's responsible

[–] Cummunism@hexbear.net 38 points 1 year ago

if you say the "I(eye) word" it's anti semitism.

[–] FourteenEyes@hexbear.net 34 points 1 year ago

I've canceled my Patreon subscription to the blast, this is just bad optics, major yikes maybe-later-honey

[–] GladimirLenin@hexbear.net 30 points 1 year ago

Hosptial: "So anyway, i started blasting"

[–] Phish@hexbear.net 28 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I wonder how long the conversation was where they landed on calling it "the blast"

[–] ElChapoDeChapo@hexbear.net 23 points 1 year ago (1 children)

A bunch of lanyard-americans were paid more money than any of us will ever make in our lives to come up with this bullshit

[–] Phish@hexbear.net 12 points 1 year ago

Maybe. I'm not sure they're giving Liz access to the A-squad. I mean she did take that DNA test to discover she's like 1/34 indigenous then went public with the info thinking it would help not hurt her image.

My heart goes out to the people dead after the kinetic combustion incident

[–] joaomarrom@hexbear.net 20 points 1 year ago (2 children)

what's their spiel gonna be like when eventually, inevitably, Isn'treal arrives at the stage of their propaganda flowchart where they are forced to admit that they actually blew up the hospital?

[–] NephewAlphaBravo@hexbear.net 23 points 1 year ago

the bragging-about-exploding-a-hospital stage came and went about two minutes before the "oops it actually looks bad to explode a hospital" stage

[–] ScrewdriverFactoryFactoryProvider@hexbear.net 19 points 1 year ago (1 children)

That’s usually the point where the news cycle has moved on and people are less likely to pay attention. They often don’t need a spiel at all.

[–] PoY@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 1 year ago

then it becomes "duh we all knew that already but they did that because terrorists were masquerading as sick children and doctors, anyway terrorists get what they deserve..." etc etc

[–] micnd90@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

I can't believe an 80s punk rock band from Santa Cruz, Cali did a war crime.

[–] Guillotine_Erotica@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

Damn you blast!

[–] 420stalin69@hexbear.net 15 points 1 year ago

She’s such a fucking ghoul

[–] JoeByeThen@hexbear.net 14 points 1 year ago

What? Gee, after how vocal she was about the Bolivian 'not a' coup, this is totally out of character! 🙄
