Maybe the account is run by a big Ethan Hawke fan and typically sanctimonious lib troll. Ethan Hawke played John Brown in the October-November 2020 miniseries The Good Lord Bird. The account was made in December, 2020.
In any case - they aren't even trying that hard. In a recent tweet - they quote themself.
