I always thought ice cream as a binge eating food was kinda odd, it'll just upset your stomach after a couple servings. Catch me with a big bowl of popcorn or maybe chips

You gotta switch out between your favorite savories and the pint of B&J's in the freezer.

Have a couple bites of ice cream, back to the kitchen to switch to nachos.
Eat some nachos, go get more ice cream.
Consider whether it's advisable to swap your bedside table for a mini-fridge.
Repeat.
