Everything moves so fast nowadays that its easy to forget some of the funny events from the year. I posted the financial columnist getting scammed article recently, that happened in February, seems like a million years ago! Even the Trump assassination attempt barely stuck in my mind. Trump almost getting got TWICE has to take the cake. I always knew Harris was going to lose but I didn't see someone trying to kill Trump. I always thought it was going to be Biden and some chud boomer shooting at him.

I looked into it a little more. The feds accused a 51 year old Afghan national named Farhad Shakeri of being hired by Iran to kill Trump, but arrested him before anything happened. The accusation says that Shakeri was part of a wide network of Iranian hired spies and assassins. Iran denies all of it.

Now that I read into it more it sounds more like nonsense that someone in the FBI or state department cooked up to saber rattle against Iran
